Terms of Service

1. The service

The King Multiservizi di Rocchini Emanuele ("NCC The King", "we") provides a chauffeur-driven hire service (NCC) across Italy: airport and train station transfers, private tours, event and ceremony transport, business transport and transfers between cities. The site is for showcase and contact purposes only: it is not possible to book or pay online. Every service is confirmed individually, by email, phone or WhatsApp, after a quote request.

2. Quote requests and confirmation

Submitting the "Request a quote" form or contacting us directly does not automatically create a booking: the service is only considered confirmed once we explicitly reply (e.g. a confirmation email or message) agreeing the fare, time and pickup point.

3. Fares and payment

Fares are provided on request, based on route, duration, vehicle type and availability, and confirmed before the service is carried out. Accepted payment methods are indicated when the quote is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation or change terms for a booking (e.g. time or route changes) are agreed case by case when the service is confirmed, based on notice given and the type of service requested.

5. Liability

The service is carried out by professional drivers licensed under Italian NCC regulations. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure (exceptional traffic, severe weather, strikes, unforeseen road closures), while remaining committed to limiting their impact through real-time flight and route monitoring.

6. Use of the site

The site's content (text, images, logos) belongs to The King Multiservizi di Rocchini Emanuele or is used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Using the contact form for purposes other than requesting an NCC service (e.g. sending improper or automated content) is not allowed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable, or otherwise the courts of Terni (the registered seat of The King Multiservizi di Rocchini Emanuele).

Fleet images are illustrative. The assigned vehicle model, passenger capacity, luggage space and equipment are confirmed according to your request and availability. Please specify any needs, such as child seats, oversized luggage or accessibility, before confirmation.

This website presents our services and lets you request a quote; it does not make automatic bookings or take payments. WhatsApp and social links open external services with their own terms and privacy notices. These notes do not limit your statutory rights.
