Message us on WhatsAppDo you only work in Rome?
No. We are based in Orvieto, Rome and Florence, but we work across Italy: pickup and drop-off can be in any city, for transfers, business trips and tours. Send us your pickup, destination, date and time for a quote.
How do I book, and when do you answer?
Call us, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form on the Contact page: we answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We send you a clear quote and, once you confirm, every detail of the service.
Do I need to book far in advance?
Booking ahead is always best, as it lets us reserve the most suitable vehicle for you. We also take last-minute bookings: call or message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability straight away.
What if my flight or train is late?
No problem: we track the arrival and the driver adjusts the pickup time. Your quote states the waiting time included; any longer wait is agreed case by case.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. Our vehicles carry up to 8 passengers each and several can travel together; for larger groups we also source higher-capacity vehicles beyond our own fleet. Tell us how many people and bags are travelling.
Can I combine a transfer with a tour of Rome?
Yes. We can arrange an itinerary that includes the transfer and visits, with or without a guide, as you prefer. Tell us how much time you have and the stops you would like and we will send you a proposal.
How can I pay?
In cash, by card with the POS on board, or by bank transfer. We issue invoices for companies and professionals.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Let us know as soon as something changes, by phone or on WhatsApp. Change and cancellation terms are agreed when you book and stated in your quote.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and boosters are free on request. Tell us the children’s age and weight when you book, so the car is ready before departure.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome. Let us know when you book and tell us their actual size: we agree together on the right precautions for the trip. Guide and assistance dogs are always welcome.
