1. Data controller

2. Data we collect and why

Through the site we only collect data you provide yourself or that is generated by ordinary browsing:

• Contact form data: name, email address, phone number, requested service, service date and any notes submitted through the Contact page form. Used solely to reply to your quote or information request, The form can prepare a message for you to review and send on WhatsApp; when direct submission is configured, it uses Formspree (see section 4).
• Anonymised browsing data: only if you consent via the cookie banner, we collect aggregate, anonymised usage statistics through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, traffic source, device type), to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Anti-spam technical data: when direct submission is enabled, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals to tell a human submission from an automated one, without advertising profiling.

3. Legal basis

Processing contact-form data relies on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (GDPR art. 6.1.b): replying to a quote request. Processing Google Analytics statistics relies on the explicit consent given through the cookie banner (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients and data transfers

Data may be processed by the following third-party providers, acting as data processors or independent controllers for the services they provide:

• WhatsApp — opening the draft and sending your message when you choose this channel, under the service’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Formspree, Inc. — technical handling of direct form submissions, when configured.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — site usage statistics, activated only after consent.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) — anti-spam protection when direct form submission is enabled.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months unless otherwise agreed with you. Google Analytics data is retained per GA4's default settings (14 months).

6. Your rights

At any time you can exercise, by writing to nccthekingmultiservizi@outlook.it, the rights set out in GDPR articles 15-22: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy, www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
